Multi-Layer Lamination Center-Sealed Woven Bag

The multi-layer layer lamination central-sealed woven bag is strong, durable, beautiful shape and moisture-proof.

Process Flow:

Produce plastic flat yarn by PP material, then weaving the yarns into woven fabric and laminated with kraft paper or BOPP to have lamination. The lamination is made into center-sealed bags through multi-color flexo printing (gravure printed BOPP no need), kraft liner placing, pin perforation, tubing, gusseting, center-sealing, cutting and sewing & sealing.

Outer Lamination	1. Coated Film + Plastic woven fabric lamination (2 in 1)

Printing	For coated woven fabric and paper-plastic lamination, 1-6 colors flexo printing (can be central impression superimposition)
Perforation	Whole bag punching, or partial punching
Liner	Can have 1-3 layer kraft paper

	Edge	1. Flat folding
		2. Gusset: width75-150mm, can stick the gusset on the mouth and the bottom

		2. Sewn then sealed with heat-adhesive tape
